My wife and I have been kicking around the idea of planting grapes on a few of those acres. I told her we should research this, and write a business plan. Are there any resources to help us with the startup costs, on going costs? How about selling grapes? Is there a list of vineyards that purchase local grapes, how is the demand for locally grown grapes? What is the price they sell for? What hardy grapes are in the greatest demand?
