The latest forecasts are calling for 8-14″ of snow in the immediate area from Friday through Sunday night. This would be our biggest snowfall in several years. I guess spring is not here yet - temps reach 46F this week! Oh well, it is February in Minnesota.

One local forecaster referred to the incoming storm as the ’storm of the century’. Slightly funny, but it always amazes me how weather gets blown out of proportion. After all, this IS Minnesota and we are supposed to know how to handle weather extremes. Well, I should finish boarding up the place before all heck breaks loose.
